WHAT IS AIRCOND CHEMICAL CLEANING?
Aircond chemical cleaning uses specialized solutions to thoroughly clean all components of an air conditioner. It effectively removes bad odors, stains, dust, and mold that accumulate over time. This process also helps unclog aircond pipes, flush out dirt, and disinfect the system for optimal performance.

Why and When You Should Do It
It is recommended to perform chemical cleaning once a year. If the aircond is used frequently, cleaning every 9 months is ideal. Additionally, if you notice water leakage, reduced cooling, or unpleasant odors, chemical cleaning becomes essential.
OUR CLEANING PROCESS
10-STEP AIRCOND CHEMICAL CLEANING PROCESS
Inspect aircond condition and check gas levels using a gas meter.
Dismantle and clean the cover, FCU front panel, and air filter.
Apply chemical solution to deep clean the aircond, including FCU evaporator coils.
Flush and chemically clean the condensation water drainage system.
Inspect and clean the fan motor for optimal performance.
Ensure all components are in good condition after cleaning, then reassemble.
Use chemical liquid and a water jet to clean the outdoor compressor.
Refill the gas tank after cleaning the outdoor compressor.
Reinstall the indoor unit and perform a test run.
Check for water leaks and ensure proper cooling before completion.
